A sales clerk answers questions, completes transactions, helps customers with purchases, and keeps the workplace clean and well-organized.

Job Responsibilities

Greet customers, welcome them to the store. Assist customers in locating products and answering their questions. Provide product information and make recommendations. Offer excellent customer service and build customer relationships. Handle customer complaints and concerns.
