System Implementation / Site Support
Job Description
The systems Implementation / Site Support is responsible for assisting in the deployment of software and systems solutions for PEZA. This role involves working closely with clients, project manager, and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of our products.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of implementation plans.
- Coordinate with project managers, technical teams, and clients to ensure timely and effective deployment.
- Conduct system setup, configuration, and customization according to client requirements.
- Provide on-site and remote support to clients during the implementation process.
- Conduct training sessions to educate clients on system usage and best practices.
- Develop and deliver user manuals, training materials, and documentation.
- Identify and resolve technical issue that arise during implementation.
- Work with technical teams to troubleshoot and fix software system problems.
Requirements
Education at least Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related course.
Language : English, Tagalog, and specific dialect for a specific location.
Pampanga - Kampampangan
Cebu - Cebuano or Bisaya
Davao - Local Dialect
On site training - Pasay City Head Office, for deployment : Pampanga, Cebu or Davao
