Job Description

Your role as a Sales Promoter is to effectively sell HIDI products. In the daily sales work you will need the following skills:

·       Willingness and ability to understand the consumer needs

·       Good communication skills

·       Ability to identify, absorb and adapt detailed knowledge on HIDI solutions and industry developments.

• As a Sales Promoter you are the ultimate guide to the HIDI brand, and naturally contribute to consumer delight, by exceeding expectations. You work effectively in a team to achieve individual and common goals.
  
  

  Activities

  • Approach consumers to perform demo and deliver experiences focused on HIDI brand and products differentiation.
  • Review store stock out and engage Account Supervisor to fix gaps
  • Review store Sell-Through / Sell-Out and raise opportunities, discuss issues and agree on corrective actions.
  • Follow-up actions from previous days and escalate issues to Account Supervisor
  • Complement training to store staff
  • Ensure VM execution according to the guidance
  • Monitor Care issues and ensure timely response
  • Collect information as per report definition (key models stock availability, pricing, competitor activities, sell out).

Job Responsibilities

Role Description

• Drive shopper experience and sales to approaching consumers in selected outlets.
• Responsible for sales performance within respective outlets by working closely with the Account Supervisors.
• Build relationship and provide service to defined outlet.
• Perform customer relationship role in the respective (s) store(s)

Requirements

Qualifications:

At least High School graduate

With Sales experience is highly recommended

With good communication and negotiation skills

With good PR
